Staff and Remuneration

The advantage of outsourcing of staff and remuneration services is, first of all: lowered costs generated by staff and remuneration administration department. An additional asset is confidentiality of documentation and classifying of the information about remuneration.

The offer of our office is targeted mostly at micro, small and medium enterprises which are aware of the fact that staff and remuneration matters must be handled with due diligence, in accordance with the binding provisions and meeting all the deadlines and which simultaneously want  to lower the costs connected with fulfilling those duties.

If you entrust us with staff and remuneration matters, we, inter alia:

  • compile monthly lists containing employees’ remuneration,
  • compile work agreements, work Certificate and other documents connected with employment
  • keep personal files
  • handle contracts of mandate and contracts of specific work,
  • register the enterprises and its employees in ZUS (Social Insurance Company),
  • compile and submit tax and insurance declarations of the employees and the enterprise,
  • direct employees to have their medical examinations which are required by the labour law,
  • compile statistical reports which are required by the labour law,
  • represent the enterprise before state organs, including control visitations from the Inspection of Labour, Social Insurance Company or Tax Office.
